Viking has a wide range of flooring products; floating floor, hardwood flooring, engineered floor and other options are available. You will find in-store samples that you can use to help with the design process.
Viking also has a full service general contracting company to go along with our showroom services. This means if you have a general construction and/or renovation project, and need contracting services to go along with your material purchases, Viking is able to perform these tasks. Habitually you would have to find a separate company to do the contracting work after a kitchen or flooring purchase and these two different companies have to constantly communicate together to ensure a proper installation without pitfalls. With Viking everything is performed by the same unique company and this results in raised efficiency and lower costs.
Since a very young age, Marie-Josée knew what her profession would be – she would become an interior designer. She was already creating house plans and design projects in the early years of high school. She became a graduate in design in 1994, and since then. she proudly shares her passion with clients and colleagues alike.
She has gained exceptional experience in both residential and commercial projects. She ran her own design and showroom business for 13 years, but the everyday tasks of running a bussiness had her losing sight of her true passion; design! She decided to close her business and join Viking’s team in order to focus on and offer her best services; personalized and quality design! Her extensive expertise in design and customer service naturally aligns with her role as a director at Viking.
Every project being a new challenge, her mission is to make your renovation or new construction experience as enjoyable and easy as possible, while saving time and avoiding costly mistakes. Her years of experience and skill make your project cost-effective. Her attentive listening to your needs, preferences, budget, and attention to detail make for a perfect combination to deliver an unmatched experience. Her goal: Maximize the potential of your space to its fullest, so you feel comfortable and proud of it.
Jessica embarked on her journey captivated by the world of arts (applied arts, music, and architecture), which led her to discover the perfect domain in interior design. She graduated from the Fine Arts program and the Interior Design Techniques program at Cégep de l’Outaouais in 2014.
She has worked on a wide range of diverse projects. She believes that a well-designed space evokes a sense of well-being and comfort by combining ergonomics and visual harmony of its materials. What she loves most about her profession is offering you the opportunity to fully enjoy your interior spaces by creating a suitable environment according to your lifestyle.
She has an eye for color coordination and enjoys experimenting with different types of materials. She listens to her clients’ needs and proposes layouts that adapt to all styles. Passionate about the technical aspect of her work, Jessica enjoys creating plan documents, 3D visuals, and preparing custom cabinets for production.
